The hotel is in a lovely location in Sharks Bay with natural underwater views, but the beds were uncomfortable. The rooms are spacious, but noise from other guests can be a disturbance. The staff is outstanding and goes above and beyond to make guests happy.

The service from the staff was awesome, especially the friendly and professional reception staff. The location is very close to a conference center and offers stunning underwater views, but it could benefit from better air-conditioning. The dining experience lacked variety but was served attentively by the staff. Overall, a good place to stay with some minor room for improvement.

The hotel's rooms were kept impeccably clean, and the attentive reception team, especially Mohamed in the restaurant and Amgad who ensured our room was spotless, made our stay memorable. However, the atmosphere in the dining area felt chaotic, reminiscent of a noisy canteen. The beach access, though, elevated our experience, showcasing the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although a bit smaller than I had anticipated. The location near the beach was great, offering easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. The service provided by Mohammad was amazing and friendly, making my experience even better.
